Great tasting vitamin c
I purchased a key because I wanted to increase my vitamin C levels, and I wanted a bio available version of vitamin C. I purchased it in liquid form. I believe it does come in pill form as well. The liquid form does not require much as a dose and taste surprisingly good, it does not taste like a vitamin like other vitamin C do. And my kids like it.

GOOD PACKAGING IN A DARK BOTTLE
I auto-renew this product because it is an excellent way to take Vitamin C. This is "liposomal." That means that you swish it in your mouth for about 90 seconds and then swallow. The Vitamin C gets fully absorbed through the gums (buccally = cheeks) instead of through the stomach. The stomach houses a plethora of competing microorganisms that would hinder complete digestion. You are hindering the digestive process if you take Vitamin C in pill form.
